Consciousness and subconscious mind
The most of us identify ourselves with the conscious mind.
The “I” of the consciousness is the origin of our goals and wishes.
We can imagine the sub consciousness like a computer hard disk. It is the memory of our behaviour, our values, and beliefs.
Imagine our hard disks were infected with viruses, which is a limiting belief. With PSYCH-K we can start an antivirus software, which erases the old beliefs and saves new positive beliefs.
We learn to communicate with the sub consciousness in order to understand the wishes coming from the consciousness and those can be achieved.
These objectives and wishes can be done without efforts or challenges for the conscious mind.
Integration of right and left hemispheres
Through other sciences we know about the theory of the dominance of the hemispheres. The right hemisphere automatically drives the body functions and works with intuition and emotions. The left hemisphere works with logic and ratio. Due to our experiences, we have tendencies to use one of our hemispheres more than the other.
The objective is to use the communication between both hemispheres in order to experience our whole personal potential.
To save new believes in our subconscious PSYCH-K uses the status of communication and integration between both hemispheres. We call this status “Whole Brain”, so we have available the qualities of both hemispheres.
